All prices listed on our public site include GST and are quoted in NZD. If you are a trade customer and are logged in the price quoted excludes GST and is in NZD.

Some products listed on our site come with a 30 day money back guarantee. Our money back Guarantee is a key component to our business and goes up and beyond the Consumer Guarantees Act. It enables our customers to purchase goods and try them with the full right to send them back if they change their mind. This enables them to make sure that the product will suit their application.
Conditions of 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
1. The goods must be returned to base within 30 days of the GST receipt date.
2. The goods must be in original unused and uninstalled condition plus all accessories, cables, parts, box and manuals. Not even a scratch, missing manual or bag will be allowed.
3. We will refund the sale price of the goods excluding the courier charge.
4. The buyer must pay the courier charge of returning the goods.
5. This 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to orders over $1000 so choose larger orders carefully.

We and our employees and agents shall not be liable to you for any claim for breach of contract (except as specified in the warranties in this policy) or statute or breach of duty in tort (including negligence) or for any claim in equity or otherwise at law and shall not, in any case, be liable for any exemplary, punitive, indirect or consequential losses, including loss of business profits. If you are acquiring the Goods or Services for business purposes, the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply.
Stock
Although we try to keep all products on our site in stock and at reasonable levels we acknowledge that not 100% of the time we can fill all orders due to unforseen circumstances. Items not in stock are placed on back order and will be supplied as soon as they are back in stock. Any items paid for that are not in stock can be refunded asap a the customers request.
Australian Customers
We welcome orders from our Australian Customers. To obtain a shipping quote please email us and include the products you wish to purchase and we will provide a quote. Most items will arrive within 4 days of being paid for.
We may review and change this policy at any time and from time to time. Any such change will take effect from the date on which we publish the change on our website.
