RMA Process
You have reached our RMA (returned material authorization) page. This is where you can apply to return goods under our 30 day money back guarantee or make a warranty claim.
RMA Process Warranty Claim
Please follow the following process in order to have your warranty processed as fast as possible.
1. Email us here to obtain an RMA number. In your email include your name, address, name of the faulty product, a fault description and the invoice number. These details are all mandatory and will ensure the speed of your warranty claim or refund is fast.
2. Once we have received your claim via email we will reply with a physical return address for the goods. When returning the goods please include your RMA number along with the item and a copy of your invoice if possible.
3. Once the item is received we will test and if found faulty will follow the warranty procedure stated on our policy page.
Note: Goods that are returned and proved not faulty will not be returned until a $30 testing fee PLUS the cost of return courier is paid. This is to cover the time taken for a technician to test the item and courier charges to return it so please ensure you have proven the item is faulty.

1. Email us here to obtain an RMA number. In your email include your name, address and the invoice number. These details are all mandatory and will ensure the speed of your warranty claim or refund is fast.
2. Once we have received your claim via email we will reply with a physical return address for the goods. When returning the goods please include your RMA number along with the item and a copy of your invoice if possible. If you paid by direct debit you can also include your bank accountd details for the account you wish to be credited so we can make your refund asap.
3. Once the item is received we will inspect and if all is well will refund asap.
