Viewtech have supplied cameras / 12” Industrial monitors for our harvester mounted KLIMA cane pruner for our 2010 units. These units operate 24/7 during the winter pruning season. Winter weather conditions combined with night / day operation make the environment for this application quite challenging. We required clear visibility, some harvesters are 100% reliant on the camera and monitor for operation.

The equipment also need to be robust and have the ability to adapt to the changing day / night light conditions. Darren (Viewtech) was contacted and did a site visit to assess our needs. After the assessment some items that were not normally stocked by Viewtech were required, they sourced products that were suitable. Darren’s professionalism, ability to source equipment outside the normal scope was outstanding. The equipment provided has performed above expectations.

"The Underwater camera used on our launch is real fun and so cool. To be able to look at the Scallop beds and pick a good spot saves us time and bottle refills! The grand kids love seeing pop and grandma picking up scallops or feeding the fish 10mtrs under the boat. And when I parked in the wrong spot for an overnight, I was able use the camera to inspect the propeller! There is an old proverb in boating " I've never touched the bottom..... and liars!" Also fitted a Wireless Camera/monitor to our boat. This works really well and not having to run extra cables through a boat with 'no room left' to run any more cables is a major plus. After a minor problem with a freezer compressor seizing, the drive belts still driving and a engine room full of hot drive belt smoke,.........! Now being able to monitor engine room operations from the flybridge is going to save on any more grey hair!"

"I purchased from Viewtech a LCD monitor, reversing camera for my 4 x 4, trailer coupling with cables and camera for inside my horse float as I do a lot of traveling with young horses.  I found the cameras produce a sharp image, and the monitor to be of high quality with good clear resolution and colour, however the original unit did fault, so I reported this to Viewtech who had no hesitation in replacing the unit and did so in a very timely manner.  I now have no problems with the system and have piece of mind when traveling with my horses.

In dealing with Darren (Viewtech) I was treated as a valued customer.  My emails regarding the faulty Monitor were quickly acknowledged and the unit was replaced within a few days of faulting. I have no hesitation in recommending View Tech products or service to others."

Thanks for the follow up, Yes I am extremely happy with my purchase, it’s a outstanding product, with great image clarity. Not sure if your records show this, but I bought the reversing system from you, and then upon seeing the product, I ordered another two cameras from you so now have a total of three cameras on  my RV, ( 1- reversing, 1 – on the roof facing forward to allow for overhead clearances to be judged, 1- on the RHS above the door to allow us to ensure the road in clear before opening the RV door( being USA it opens onto the road)   Installation was easy.

All in all a very satisfied customer and I constantly tell people where I bought my product from and recommend your company.

Hi Darren,
 
Hope business is going well for you and that you haven't suffered too much from the earthquake.  We are away on the road again and certainly not missing the shakes.
 
About 3-4 mths ago I bought a 5th Wheeler camera kit from you and had you sent it up to On the Way RV in Mt Maunganui for them to fit it to our new rig. I said at the time I would send you some photos of it installed but I've been pretty busy and a bit slack, so apologies for that.
 
I have found it works really well (have'nt used it in the dark yet) and the audio is a great help when getting someone at the back giving directions.The picture is very clear and the graduations on the screen make parking up close to objects quite easy.
